My culinary journey began in Wisconsin, where I first discovered my love for food alongside my parents in the kitchen, and later flourished in Houston’s vibrant food scene. During the pandemic, I reconnected with my passion for cooking, exploring diverse cuisines and plating techniques, which ultimately led to the creation of Plated by Chef Cali. To refine my craft, I trained at the Culinary Institute Lenotre, deepening my expertise and elevating my skills.

 

My culinary style blends Southern hospitality with fine dining sophistication. Each plate I create is a balance of flavor, presentation, and experience. From intimate dinners and luxury brunches to corporate catering, I am dedicated to creating dining experiences that are as unforgettable as they are delicious.
